Founded in 1970 Tecnobrasil IND. & COM. LTDA., most known as RAMOS MEJIA, producer of the RM products, has as it´s main goal the excellence in quality and innovation of products and services for all the professionals of the optical and ophthalmological branches.

Our history begins, in fact, in 1955 when Doctor Antonio Ramos Mejia, ophthalmologist resident in a city named as his own last name, situated at Buenos Aires (Argentina), created the company Ramos Mejia Optical Products.

Acting mainly on the machinary and tecnology branches, three generations of opticians and ophthalmologists have learnt and still work with the famous machines from Doctor Ramos Mejia.

Nowadays, the company’s focus regards the internal professionalism. Counting with a highly organized staff with engineering, law and administration’s knowledges, Tecnobrasil belives that using Science, the best service will always be offered.

By the time of the company’s foundation, we manufactured only one product: the RM Manual Edger, the first efficient manual edger made to the production area. Afterwards, with the enlargement of the sector, we’ve increased our products lines reaching the statement QUALITY ABOVE ALL.
